Confident speaker, facilitator and workshop leader
Talks and workshops
I'm a confident speaker, facilitator and workshop leader and I love passing on the skills I've learnt to others. I've run presentations and workshops on: creating character comedy, creating comedy videos, creating solo shows, finding resilience in failure, dealing with nerves and criticism, creating autobiographical solo work, and solo producing. I've worked with adults and children, and I'm fully DBS checked.

Girls' schools
Over the past few years I've delivered wellbeing talks and workshops at girls' schools exploring perfectionism, fear of failure and resilience. I use humour, storytelling and my own experience of a creative career — where rejection, getting things wrong and learning to keep going are very much part of the job! — to open up honest conversations with young people about confidence, self-esteem, perfectionism and the pressure to succeed.
I'm particularly interested in helping girls understand that confidence doesn't require perfection: encouraging them to become more comfortable with mistakes and setbacks, quieten their inner critic, take healthy risks and build resilience.
I offer talks and workshops tailored to different year groups. Please email me for a brochure: info@annamorris.co.uk
