Who is she?

Anna Morris is an award-winning playwright, director, comedian, actor and writer with unilateral deafness. For the stage, she has written and performed five one-woman character comedies — sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe, UK tours and venues such as The Soho Theatre, Underbelly Southbank, Latitude Festival, The Stand, Adelaide Fringe, Perth Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival.

Her play Son of a Bitch won a Scotsman Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe 2024, transferred to Southwark Playhouse, tours the UK in 2027, and is published by Methuen (Bloomsbury).
